A new strain of Influenza
A (H1N1), also known as swine flu,
was confirmed in the UK in April
and has spread to nearly
200 countries
around the world.
Symptoms of swine flu include
a fever, cough, headache,
weakness and fatigue,
aching muscles and joints,
sore throat and
a runny nose.
Imposing general travel restrictions
is unlikely to have
a large impact on a pandemic.
It is far more effective
for people feeling the symptoms of flu
to stay at home
and rest.
